REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Bath O’Clock, we are dedicated to the integrity and efficacy of our formulations. We understand that discovering your ritual is a personal journey. Our policy is designed to offer confidence in your investment while adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and sustainability.

  1. The Satisfaction Guarantee
    We offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

  2. Eligibility for Returns
    To be eligible for a return or exchange:
    • Condition: We accept products that are new, unopened, or gently tested. “Gently tested” is defined as having at least 75% of the original content remaining. We do not accept empty or nearly empty containers.
    • Sets & Bundles: Items purchased as a set (e.g., The Discovery Kit) must be returned as a complete set. Partial returns of sets are not accepted.
    • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number is required.
    • Exclusions: The following items are Final Sale:
        • Gift Cards.
        • Sample sizes or “minis” (unless defective).
        • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase.

  3. Return Process
    1. Initiate: Visit our or email concierge@bathoclock.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
    2. Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
    3. Shipping:
      • Defective/Incorrect Items: We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
      • Change of Mind/Suitability: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
      • Duty & Tax (International Orders): For returns sent to facilities outside Canada, we are unable to refund import duties and taxes originally paid to the carrier or customs agency. You may be able to apply for a refund directly from the CBSA.

  4. Refunds
    Once your return is inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
    • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  5. Adverse Reactions
    We take skin health seriously. If you experience an adverse reaction to a product, please contact us immediately at concierge@bathoclock.com with a photo of the reaction and the product batch code (found on the bottom of the bottle). In these instances, we will waive return shipping fees and facilitate a full refund or exchange.

  6. British Columbia Residents (Distance Sales)
    In accordance with the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (BC), if you do not receive your goods within 30 days of the stated supply date (or 30 days from the order date if no supply date was provided), you maintain the right to cancel the contract and receive a full refund inclusive of all costs.
